About Alejandro A. Leal

 

Secretly, I like bikes.

Alejandro A. Leal is a web designer, producer, and information architect currently based in Atlanta, Ga.

Originally from Bogota, Colombia, he received a BA in Print Journalism and Spanish Literature from Georgia State University. He received an MA in Media Studies from the New School University in New York.

He was the online producer for Creative Loafing, Atlanta’s leading city lifestyle weekly, served as editor and creative director of Revista Elite Magazine, a community publication based in Norcross, Ga., and co-founded the baseball fan site UmpBump.com.

He worked as the Online Producer for Emory University’s publication of record, Emory Report and  produced content for the Emory News Center.

Currently, he is a Web Designer and Publisher at The Home Depot and works as an independent web services consultant for such clients as Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, Ma; CIFAL AtlantaUNITAR’s training center for the western hemisphere; and South of Urban Co., a furniture design firm based in Atlanta, Ga.
